Tbagi Terms & Conditions — Must be read before use.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between the user ("you" or "user") of the Tbagi Platform (tbagi.pro) and the entity operating Tbagi ("Tbagi", "we", or "Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

The following key terms are used throughout these Terms and Conditions:

• "Platform" — Tbagi's website, mobile app, and all related services.
• "Account" — Your personal profile created upon registration.
• "Wallet" — The virtual balance linked to your account.
• "Bonus" — Additional credits or rewards granted by Tbagi.
• "Wager" — The number of times you must wager to withdraw a bonus.

To register an account on Tbagi, you must meet the following eligibility criteria. If these conditions are not met, you are not entitled to open an account or use the Platform.

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must not be a resident of any country or region where online gaming is entirely prohibited.
• All information provided during registration must be completely accurate and truthful.
• Each person may open only one account — multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Your account is strictly personal — you may not operate it on behalf of or in the name of another person.
• Tbagi may request identity verification documents (NID, passport, etc.) at any time.

Financial transactions on Tbagi are fast and reliable, but certain important rules must be followed.

• Minimum Deposit: BDT 100 (One Hundred Taka).
• Minimum Withdrawal: BDT 300 (Three Hundred Taka).
• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used.
• Deposits or withdrawals using a third party's name are strictly prohibited.
• If a suspicious transaction is detected, Tbagi will place it on hold pending verification.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 5–30 minutes; however, if verification is required, the process may take up to 48 hours.
• Tbagi does not accept funds from illegal sources — our anti-money laundering policy is strictly enforced.

Tbagi's bonus offers are attractive, but each bonus comes with specific terms. Please read and understand these terms carefully before claiming any bonus.

• Each bonus has its own wagering requirements — clearly stated on the bonus page.
• Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met.
• The welcome bonus is available only once — on your first deposit.
• It is not possible to have more than one active bonus at a time (unless otherwise specified).
• If bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or bonus farming is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be voided.
• Tbagi reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

The following rules must be observed when participating in Sports Betting and casino games on Tbagi.

• Once confirmed, bets cannot be cancelled or modified (except via the Cash Out feature).
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical issue, Tbagi will resolve it from the last known state of the game.
• All outcomes in RNG games are independently audited and free from manipulation.
• In Sports Betting, bets are settled after the official result is published.
• If a match is cancelled or postponed, most bets will be considered void and funds will be returned.
• Tbagi reserves the right to void bets placed due to incorrect odds or technical errors.

Certain activities are strictly prohibited on the Tbagi Platform. If detected, the account will be closed immediately and all funds will be forfeited.

• Fraud & Manipulation: Any attempt to artificially influence the outcome of a game.
• Bots & Automated Software: Using software instead of a real person to play games or place bets.
• Multiple accounts: Operating two or more accounts under the same individual.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting bonus terms to gain an unfair advantage.
• Money Laundering: Attempting to launder funds from illegal sources through the Platform.
• Hacking & Cyber Attacks: Unauthorized access to the platform's security systems.
• Using another person's account: Operating an account on behalf of, or in the name of, another person without authorization.

Tbagi believes gaming should be a source of entertainment, not a problem. We actively promote responsible gaming, and player well-being matters to us more than business.

• Deposit Limit: Set your own weekly or monthly deposit limit.
• Session Time Limit: Set a limit on how long you play in a single session.
• Reality Check: Review a summary of your playing time and spending at regular intervals.
• Self-Exclusion: Suspend your account for anywhere from 7 days to permanently, whenever you need to.

Tbagi may suspend or close an account under the following circumstances.

• A breach of Terms & Conditions has been detected.
• Failure to complete identity verification or refusal to provide required documents.
• Accounts inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• At the user's own request.
• As directed by a regulatory authority.

Any balance remaining in the wallet at the time of account closure will be refunded through the standard process, provided no violations have occurred. However, funds will not be refunded if the account is closed due to a breach of terms.

• Your information will never be sold to third parties.
• Limited data may be used for service improvement and legal compliance purposes.

Tbagi reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. In the event of changes:

• You will be notified via email or in-app notification prior to any significant changes.
• The effective date of any changes will be clearly stated.
• Continued use of the platform after changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
• If you object to the updated terms, you will have the option to close your account and withdraw your funds.

Should any dispute arise between you and Tbagi, please follow the steps outlined below.

• Step 1: Reach out to Tbagi Support via live chat or email. Most disputes are resolved at this stage.
• Step 2: If your issue remains unresolved through support, you may submit a formal complaint. Tbagi will respond within 7 business days.
• Step 3: If the matter remains unresolved, both parties will agree to refer the dispute to a neutral mediator.

Tbagi operates under an international gaming license. It is your responsibility to inform yourself about the laws applicable in your local jurisdiction before using the Platform's services.

• Tbagi does not serve residents of countries where online gaming is entirely prohibited.
• Tbagi is not liable for any use of the platform that violates local laws.
• Tbagi's liability shall not exceed the total amount you have deposited under any circumstances.
• Tbagi is not liable for circumstances beyond its control, including natural disasters, government directives, or cyberattacks.
